Bodega Negra’s Serge Becker candlelit rooms and mock-Tudor tequila-warehouse entrance already live rent-free in the lore. PHD brings 4,400 square feet, room for about 350, Hudson views. The Beach is pool and cabanas. The Library stays intimate on purpose. Swag drops sit at the center of the ownership story. Exclusive merch is treated like part of holding the dog, not a side table. That is why the rooms keep saying the nights land harder than the flyer promised, even when independent scorecards are nowhere in sight.
